YourEncore
Remarkable Connections. Innovative Results. Exceptional Value.

The YourEncore Innovation Community enables open innovation in a secure online environment while allowing Experts and Clients to participate in professional communities. Community participation provides Experts with the ability to converse with like minded peers, answer questions posed by Clients and participate in problem solving forums and provides Clients with the ability to ask questions, conduct ideation sessions and manage project work more effectively. The Innovation Community was developed to provide an environment for Open Innovation and allow companies to look externally for the expertise they need. Check out the Features below to see how you can benefit from this new and exciting development from YourEncore.

Features

YourEncore Answers - provides the ability for YourEncore Clients to more easily access our Experts by allowing them to post questions to a vetted group of Experts. YourEncore Answers is a point-to-point service, meaning that no formal collaboration occurs among the Experts participating or between the Experts and the Client. This is necessary to secure the confidentially and IP protection of this method of accessing Expert knowledge.

Forums - an online meeting place for open discussion. A forum functions much like a bulletin board; users submit postings for the other members of the community to read and discussion ensues.

Wikis - any collaborative website that users can easily modify via the web, typically without restriction. A wiki allows anyone who is a member within a specific community to edit, delete or modify content that has been placed on the site, including the work of other authors.

Ideation Communities - a secure online community of two or more Experts as well as one or more Client users for the purpose of collaborating in search of a solution to a specific Client problem.

Experts

Experts who have been invited into the YourEncore Innovation Community are part of a select group, chosen for their proven knowledge in a specific area. Once an Expert has agreed to be a part of the Innovation Community, they are required to sign an agreement and submit to a background check to verify education and work history. Experts are invited into the Innovation Community to be a part of a Community of Competency or a Community of Practice. Each Community has a specific expertise area to which the Experts are vetted, such as Engineering or Market Research.

Clients

The benefits to our Clients are immense. Clients have the ability to post questions to a select group of Experts, have open discussions with Experts in forums, post documents for discussions in wikis, and initiate ideation sessions with Experts. Clients will now have quicker access to our Experts with the option of engaging an Expert on a project at a later date.

Security

The Innovation Community Team understands that the security of information shared is of the utmost importance. Many steps have been put in place to verify the quality of our Experts, the security of the environment in which information is shared, and the storage of any information posted. We are also sensitive to the competitive landscape of the industry and the necessity to protect confidential information.
